The Lady Luck Casino was one of the very first large casinos built in Black Hawk, in 1993.
Formerly known as the Colorado Central Station Casino, it was acquired as part of an $84 million multi-casino purchase by Isle of Capri Casinos Inc. in late 2002. A hotel was added to the casino in December 2005 and the property was renamed to the Lady Luck Casino.
Isle of Capri Casinos Inc. was acquired by Eldorado Resorts in 2017, in a substantial deal worth $1.7 billion.
The Lady Luck’s sister casino, The Isle Casino Hotel, is situated next door to the property and is connected via a climate-controlled skywalk. This makes it nice and easy for casino-goers to access The Isle Casino Hotel’s five neighboring restaurants and cafes.
